I too messed up and would like to restart. I took out too many loans for upgrades now I'm not able to earn any money to pay back the loans, and if I raise my fees then nobody buys.

i have also messed up alot on that game.i also have had alot of people leave because of no shade or something??? i still have not put in a shade because i still don't have enough money!!!   is their something i can do to prevent this from happening?

id did that too and had a ridiulous loan were i was losing money each day rather than earning i had to play the burger game to pay off enough of the loan that i was back to making money...now im doing great and making lots of money and im on lvl 5 envirorment n level 4 buildings Smiley and i got all my upgrades
