What exactly is an ultimate cross? I keet trying, but never receive the points for the Ultimate cross. Also it would be nice to now how many points equal a dollar.

Every 20 points equal to "$1". You should see your score jumps 20 whenever you achiever "ultimate cross" and you should gain 1 rainbow and 1 bomb in the counter.

Actually if you use rainbow to achieve the ultimate cross. It won't give you that big bonus. Only all 3 directions with the same color balls.
